In this hands-on workshop, Paula Malone will teach the basics of plumbing in your home including how it works, simple common repairs, and tools you will need. By learning how your home’s plumbing works, you will also be able to take action in an emergency situation either by making the repair yourself or explaining the problem to a plumber when the situation warrants it.
About the Instructor: Paula Malone is truly a Jill of all trades. She learned these skills from the women in her family who built houses and did all the home improvement and repair work themselves. As an adult, Paula spent her evenings and weekends remodeling, building, adding on, and repairing homes—learning by trial and error. Paula believes women can move mountains, even if it is one rock at a time!
