Improving Your Home's Curb Appeal

  • 931 McCallie Ave. Chattanooga, TN, 37403 United States (map)

Whether you’re looking to sell your home quickly and for top dollar or you want to wow your holiday guests, curb appeal is your answer. We’ll show you 25 ways to turn a good house into a great one that’s the star of the neighborhood. Most curb appeal projects cost very little money but make a huge impact on the look and feel of your home. Besides being your largest investment, your house is also the place that welcomes you home, so make it spectacular with design help from an expert in curb appeal.

Participants are encouraged to bring photos of the front of their properties.

About the instructor: Carolyn Zappa is a successful general contractor and owner of K&C Construction for the last fifteen years. Her clients include Memorial Hospital Sleep Center, State Farm, LabCorp, The Speech and Hearing Center, The DiStefano MedSpa, and HTI. Her projects have been featured many times by the Chattanooga Times Free Press and have been seen on HGTV’s “Old Homes Restored.” Carolyn lives in Apison with her husband and two children.
